Why Phantom Dominates the Meta
Phantom is widely considered the strongest Mythic element for solo dungeon clears after Update 9 balance passes. Every ability delivers high AoE damage with low mastery requirements—unlike Reaper which needs hundreds of levels before its transformation shines.
The Step ability grants a seven-second speed boost with damage reduction, while Barrage creates a cursor-following fist that shreds mob waves. Combining Step before Barrage extends reach and defines the standard Phantom rotation.
