Trading System Overview
Update 4 introduced structured player trading through the palace trading area. Rows of two-seat tables let players negotiate element, weapon, armor, and cosmetic exchanges with built-in value displays.
Trading transformed Elemental Dungeons from a solo grind into an active player economy. Understanding value lists and trade restrictions prevents costly mistakes.
How to Trade
Navigate to the palace in the lobby and sit at an empty two-seat table. Interact to open the trade menu. Add your items on your side—the interface shows calculated values automatically.
Review the other player's offer before confirming. Both parties must accept for the trade to finalize. You can negotiate through chat before locking in items.
- Step 1: Go to the palace trading area
- Step 2: Sit at an empty table with another player
- Step 3: Add items to your trade slot
- Step 4: Verify values and item categories match
- Step 5: Confirm when both sides agree
Trading Rules
Strict rules govern every transaction. Violating category restrictions blocks the trade automatically.
| Rule | Details |
|---|---|
| Same category only | Elements for elements, weapons for weapons, cosmetics for cosmetics |
| No materials or gold | Crafting materials and currency cannot enter trades |
| 40% value cap | Trade value difference cannot exceed 40% unless items are free gifts |
| Five item limit | Maximum five items per side per transaction |
| Level requirements | Gear now has level requirements—no early-game armor trading |
Element Trade Values (2026)
Community value lists update with each balance patch. These approximate values help evaluate fair trades—always cross-check Discord trading channels before accepting.
| Element | Rarity | Trade Value |
|---|---|---|
| Phantom | Mythic | ~1000 |
| Kitsune | Mythic | ~385 |
| Krampus | Mythic | ~340 |
| Reaper | Mythic | ~200 |
| Galaxy | Mythic | ~200 |
| Nature | Rare | ~25 |
Avoiding Scams
Never trade outside the official palace interface. Discord middleman scams target players seeking Phantom or Time elements.
Verify element names carefully—Fools Phantom is worth nearly nothing compared to standard Phantom. Corrupted variants may carry different values than base elements.
If a deal seems too good, it probably is. Cross-reference multiple value list sources before confirming high-value trades.
