Default Control Scheme
Elemental Dungeons uses a keyboard and mouse scheme on PC with touch equivalents on mobile. All keybinds can be changed through the settings button in the top right corner of the screen.
Combat revolves around element ability keys and positioning tools like dash. Mastering the control layout separates players who dodge boss attacks from those who eat preventable damage.
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| Q | Dash |
| B | Backpack |
| X | Inventory |
| Z | Consume Potion |
| T | Emotes |
| M1 / Tap | Basic Element Attack (select elements only) |
| F | Element Attack I |
| R | Element Attack II |
| C | Element Attack III |
| V | Element Attack IV |
| G | Element Attack V |
| Shift | Third Person / Shift Lock |
| H | Elemental Blade toggle (after obtaining skill) |
| K | Radar (after obtaining from Scientist NPC) |
Elements with M1 Attacks
Not every element has a basic M1 attack. Currently Nature, Reaper, Kitsune, Mech, Phantom, and Krampus support M1 melee patterns. Other elements rely entirely on F through G ability keys.
Knowing whether your element uses M1 affects combo timing and mastery farming strategies in crowded mob waves.
NPC Skill Controls
The Old Man NPC in Jungle teaches Elemental Blade, toggled with H. This skill infuses your weapon with element damage at 1.15x advantage multiplier against weak types.
The Scientist NPC grants Radar on K key, revealing mob locations through walls. Essential for speed clearing and finding hidden chest spawns.
Both skills require quest completion before the keys activate. Attempting to press H or K beforehand does nothing.
Mobile Controls
Mobile displays ability buttons on screen edges. Dash appears as a dedicated button mirroring Q functionality. Potions map to a consumable slot.
Shift lock is less relevant on mobile since camera follows touch aim. Rebind through settings if buttons overlap on smaller screens.
Consider increasing UI scale in Roblox settings for accurate touch registration during frantic boss fights.
Recommended Rebinds
Players using WASD movement sometimes move ability keys closer for pinky reach. F, R, C, V, G defaults work for most but dash on Q conflicts with some keyboard layouts.
There is no official controller support documentation. Controller players map through Roblox system remapping with varying success.
